Kemenkop Launches Red And White Kopdes Platform, This Is The Goal

JAKARTA - The government has launched the official digital platform kopdesredutih.kop.id as the registration center for the Red and White Village Cooperative (KDMP) independently (self-declare).

Minister of Cooperatives Budi Arie Setiadi said the launch of this platform was the result of a meeting with the KDMP Task Force (Satgas) which was held at the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs on April 15, 2025.

In the meeting it was agreed that this website would become a national dashboard for the KDMP Task Force, serving as a single data source for this strategic program.

"This national dashboard aims to recap and monitor the process of establishing the Village Cooperative or Red and White Village, starting from socialization, special village meetings, member meetings, to the establishment of cooperatives with development data presented in real time," said Budi Arie as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, April 21.

Budi Arie explained that the data collected through this dashboard will be developed into a Kophub Omnichannel Marketplace.

"We must use digital technology to make all business processes transparent, professional, and accountable," he said.

This initiative aims to monitor the supply chain of superior village products and monitor the health and performance of village cooperatives as a whole.

According to him, the importance of utilizing digital technology in the entire process of forming the Red and White Kopdes.

"This is important to maintain public trust in cooperatives. A transparent, professional, and accountable system is the key to the success of cooperative movements at the village and sub-district levels," he added.

Previously, the national socialization of the Red and White Kopdes was held to equalize the vision and mission between the central government and local governments in the context of establishing the Red and White Kopdes.

A total of 80,000 of these Kopdes are expected to be officially established on July 12, 2025, along with National Cooperative Day.

As for the process of establishing or establishing the Red and White Kopdes, it is mandatory to involve village officials, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and the local village community. The establishment of this Kopdes is also mandatory through a special village deliberation mechanism.
