BOS Budget Has Not Been Disbursed, Operational Needs Of SD-SMP In Kudus Disturbed! Where Is Head Of Disdikpora?
KUDUS - Kudus Regency's Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), Central Java urged the local Youth and Sports Education Office (Disdikpora) to immediately disburse the regional school operational assistance (BOS) budget.
This follows the need for schools starting from the SD (Elementary School) and SMP (Junior High School) levels for operational costs. "During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is of course difficult to get a budget, so schools also hope that BOS can be disbursed soon," said Secretary of Commission D of DPRD Kudus, Muhtamat, in Kudus, Wednesday, April 28.
The Head of Disdikpora who has just been inaugurated as definitive should be quick in handling this complaint. The not yet disbursement of regional BOS, Muhtamat emphasized, also affects the salaries received by non-PNS (non-Civil Servants) teachers in a number of schools, both public and private.
Separately, the Principal of Berugenjang Darmo Elementary School added, BOS funds had not been disbursed so that non-PNS teachers who previously received honorarium had to bite their fingers.

The honorarium received at this time is the result of the self-help of the school committee and PNS (Civil Servants) teachers.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) Eko Djumartono, revealed that the regional BOS can be disbursed and has been submitted to the Kudus Education Office.
The budget, he said, was planned to be subject to refocusing, but for crucial needs such as paying the salaries of second category teachers or non-civil servants.
So, for the disbursement, it doesn't need to wait for a refocusing budget decision. The nominal value of regional BOS for SD (Elementary School) is Rp12.86 billion, while for junior high school it is Rp9.15 billion.
As long as there is a disbursement warrant (SPM) from Disdikpora Kudus, he said, his party is ready to disburse.
