Aspiration Of Permate: A Revolution In Affiliated Marketing In Vietnam
Amid the affiliated marketing landscape (Afiliation) that appears stable but minimal breakthrough, the Permate project suddenly appears with a declaration: We will make changes. Coming from the idea to operate under the Affiliated market' model, Permate's founding team insists that they not only want to compete with existing networks or become a regular affiliated network, but also want to change the way affiliate marketing is done in Vietnam.
Permate is led by Nguyen Duy who was born in 1995 and has had nearly a decade of experience in the US affiliate market. Behind Duy there is a team that has worked as an affiliate publisher and operator in overseas markets. In addition, Permate is owned by Interate Corp, a company that has successfully operated in this area in the United States.
We may be called young, but we started quite early. Duy shared. While working in the US, we saw the unlimited marketing potential of affiliates and shifting towards market models. Vietnam is still a new market, so we decided to invest and accept high risks.
Initially, there was skepticism when the Permate website introduced itself as the first affiliated market in Vietnam, given that several platforms such as MasOffer or Access Trade have existed for several years. In response to this, Permate representatives stated: We do not deny the existence of previous networks. However, Permate operates like an e-commerce marketplace, which allows brands to post campaigns, choose commission rates, manage campaigns, and connect directly with publishers.
From a practical point of view, the e-commerce market usually allows sellers to list products without going through retail intermediaries. Similarly, this Affiliated market model is expected to reduce manual procedures and increase transparency. However, persuading brands to take a direct role rather than relying on special service providers is not a small challenge.
In terms of procedures, Permate has been officially licensed as an e-commerce platform. This needs to be considered because legal compliance is something that concerns all participants in affiliate marketing. However, according to Duy, the license only functions as an entry ticket; the real battle ahead is to change the mindset and habits of the domestic business.
"Every new model takes time for users to adapt. Permate is willing to invest generously and continue to educate the market, believing that once people see real benefits, they will not hesitate to try it." said a Permate representative.
In a discussion on the "Tryptim s'Affiliate - MMO" channel, its founder, Nguyen Anh Tin, once asked Permate: Do they have hidden investors who support them, or is this just a 'capital venture' for a moment? Permate replied that all funding was in their own hands, and the founding team was fully aware of the risks: "We dare to 'play the game', so we are ready to face the consequences."
Many people worry that Permate is too caught up in the excitement called "revolution" among affiliates. Tin cites McDonald's - a well-known global brand that is still struggling in Vietnam as an example. "Consumer habits differ from one country to another; no one can predict with 100% accuracy." he stressed.
Sharing their long-term' plan, Permate stated that they first wanted to conquer the Tryptim s Affiliate - MMO community. This community is considered an important testing ground because it consists of experienced and new publishers who regularly share experiences and warn against fraud. If Permate could win the hearts of this smart' and demanding group, it would be their first real-world validation.
From a professional point of view, analysts praised Permate's plans. Publishers can make money with affiliate models compared to more conventional approaches, and the model is popular around the world. However, how well this model works for customers will actually determine market revenues.
Currently, Permate is in an "early mode" with an open-minded attitude, ready for dialogue, and willing to accept all praise and criticism. Can they really achieve their goal of "changing the game" still has to be proven over time. Permate's appearance gives at least a breath of fresh air to the industry, which promises to revive the Affiliated ecosystem which has largely fallen into habit in Vietnam.
