Jadi Psychologist Di Film Jalan Panjang, Taskya Namya Research Peran Lewat YouTube

JAKARTA - Actress Taskya Namya shared her experience in preparing to play a character as a psychologist in the film Jalan Pulang.

Taskya said the research he did was quite time-consuming and needed the right approach so that the characters he performed felt real and relevant.

"Well, that's pretty (the length of research to be a psychologist), we also say the preparation takes a long time, no, it's said it's really short, no," said Taskya Namya when met in the Thamrin area, Central Jakarta, Thursday, April 17.

To explore the character, Taskya admits that he relies on many sources, including from families who do have a psychological background.

"Obviously I rely on the medium one. I rely on asking the brothers and sisters who are in the psychologist," he continued.

In addition, he also uses various online media as a reference material. He considered this efficient to get an overview of the psychologist profession.

"Continue to research via Youtube, through anything that can be fast," continued Taskya Namya.

Although the characters he plays are not described at length in the script, Taskya mentions there are challenges in displaying different approaches in dealing with other characters in the story.

"Because it may not be explained in length, but there really has to be a way to deal with arum and rhythm, there must be a difference," he concluded.
