PDIP Claims There Is An Intervention Of Supreme Court Judge In Hasto's Pretrial Decision, Will Report To KY Next Week
The PDI-P (PDIP) claims to have received information about the fraudulent practice behind the decision not to accept Hasto Kristiyanto's pretrial lawsuit regarding his determination as a suspect in the bribery case for the management of interim replacement (PAW) members of the DPR for the 2019-2024 period.
Therefore, Megawati Soekarnoputri's party will report to the Judicial Commission (KY).
"So indeed we received information that during Mas Hasto Kristiyanto's pretrial decision, the only judge was Djuyamto, who was currently arrested by the Prosecutor's Office for a bribery case of Rp. 60 billion, we heard that the decision should have been accepted, Mas Hasto's decision," said PDIP politician Guntur Romli told reporters, Thursday, April 17.
The form of fraud is the intervention against Djiyanto as the sole judge who tried the pretrial lawsuit. The party who intervened was the Supreme Court Judge (MA) with the initials Y.
"Then because there was intervention for the Djuyamto judge from the Supreme Court judge, his initials were Y so that the decision could change," he said.
With this information, PDIP will collect a number of evidences and clues, as well as strong witnesses related to the allegation. If it has been collected, will immediately report it.
The plan is that the alleged fraud will be reported by KY next week.
"We are serious about reporting this case to the Judicial Commission. We are currently preparing it, maybe not next week," said Romli.

For information, Djuyamto did not accept Hasto's pretrial lawsuit with the consideration that Hasto's attorney should have submitted two requests for two investigation warrants in question, namely the obstruction of Harun Masiku's investigation and bribery to Wahyu Setiawan.
