Get A Budget Of IDR 199.7 Billion, Commission X DPR Asks PSSI Chairman To Clean Up Football Destroyer Persons

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of Commission X DPR, Then Hadrian Irfani responded to the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) which received budget assistance from the government amounting to Rp199.7 billion.

"We appreciate President Prabowo for approving the Rp199 billion budget, almost Rp200 billion for our football development. This is a form of Pak Prabowo's concern for the progress of Indonesian football," said Lalu Ari, Wednesday, April 16.

Then admitted that his party was surprised by the amount of the budget given to PSSI. However, he said, Commission X could understand the amount of the budget given to foster national football.

"Because President Prabowo wants Indonesia to qualify for the World Cup finals," he said.

The PKB legislator from the NTB electoral district also asked PSSI to use the hundreds of billions budget as well as possible. Moreover, for the development and progress of national football, in accordance with the blue print that has been made by PSSI.

"Use the budget as well as possible. The budget can be used to implement the blue print that has been made by PSSI," said Lalu.

Then Ari also asked Erick Thohir to clean PSSI from elements who damaged national football. According to him, Erick must have the courage to get rid of them, so as not to hinder the progress of Indonesian football.

"Just ignore them. There is no need for defenses. I am one of those people who are not happy with the people who destroy our football," he said.

Then remind, if you want Indonesian football to advance, then national football mafia elements must be removed. "If they remain at PSSI, they will be the obstacle to the development and progress of national football," he said.

Then Ari considered, PSSI must learn from the problems that occurred in previous years. Don't let, he said, various problems that have happened again in the coming year.

"How come in 2025, we will repeat it again when the head of the football federation is Mr. Erick Thohir. That's really embarrassing," he said.

Therefore, Lalu Ari urged Erick to 'lock up' the football-destroying individuals, so that the sport with the largest supporters in Indonesia could advance and be recognized internationally.
