Sarwendah Ensures Divorce With Ruben Onsu Is Not Because Of Religion

JAKARTA - Sarwendah finally opened her voice about the issue of her divorce that occurred due to Ruben Onsu's desire to convert. This was said by Sarwendah during an interview with dr. Richard Lee.

"No. Divorce occurs because there is already a problem between us, but it has nothing to do with belief at all," replied Sarwendah, quoted by VOI from YouTube, dr. Richard Lee, Monday, March 14.

He emphasized that the cause of the divorce was purely from the dynamics of the household which was no longer in line.

"Emang because of domestic life," he said.

Sarwendah also revealed that after the divorce, she had many things to handle on her own, including making decisions without asking her ex-husband again.

"I used to all ask (to husband), the difference now I have to make my own decisions," he said.

According to him, one of the toughest moments in the divorce process is when they have to explain the situation to their children.

"The toughest moment (after the divorce), explains to the children because the children are with me automatically everything is there, they ask me. The moment I explain is very neutral, I don't want to vilify anyone," said Sarwendah.

Despite having separated, he still maintains good relations between his children and their father.

"Anyway, the father is still a child. Because there is a lot of news that is sometimes fried, opinion accompaniment. I also consult with psychologists," he concluded.
