Google Pixel Watch 4 Leaks, Premier Design, Tipis Bezel, And New Button
JAKARTA - Google Pixel Watch 4 which is expected to be released later this year with the Pixel 10 series. Even now it has appeared in a high-resolution 5K render distributed by well-known leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks) through the 91mobiles site. This latest smartwatch still maintains a typical Pixel Watch 3 circular design, but brings a number of quite interesting design refreshes.
In the image leak, the Pixel Watch 4 is seen to have thinner screen bezels and a back that resembles the first generation Pixel Watch design. One of the most striking changes is the loss of four charging pins on the back, indicating that this smartwatch will most likely support wireless charging different from the Pixel Watch 3 which still uses charging via USB Type-C.
Not only that, Google also added two new physical buttons located on both sides of the speaker. Although the exact function is not yet known, the addition of this button is expected to bring a more flexible and responsive navigation experience.
In terms of dimensions, the Pixel Watch 4 has a thickness of 14.3 mm thicker than the Pixel Watch 3 which is only 12.3 mm. This increase is likely to be made to accommodate a larger battery, in order to provide longer durability. However, the Pixel Watch 4 is said to be present in two sizes, namely 41mm and 45mm, just like its predecessor.
The leaked variant shows a black color, but it is estimated that Google will present another color choice at the official launch later.
