Chery Tiggo Cross Lands In The Philippines, Take A Peek At The Specifications

Chery Auto Philippines added its vehicle portfolio by offering a Tiggo Cross compact crossover for automotive lovers in the country.

Quoting from the Top Gear PH page, Friday, April 11, launched at the 2025 Manila International Auto Show, the Tiggo Cross will enter the Philippine market at a competitive price of 998,000 pesos or around Rp293 million.

In terms of car design, this one is classified as dashing in line with the iconic legacy of Tiggo which means Tiger which inspires resilience and strength. In the front area, there is a chrom layered pattern inspired by the details of luxury jewelry.

Meanwhile, the back features a very firm lamp design confirming the character of the tiger that is Tiggo's DNA. This visualization is a representation of balance and agility, as well as raising imagination about performance and resilience.

Entering the cabin, this one car is equipped with an elongated screen featuring an instrument cluster and an infotainment screen. Interestingly, at that price this car is equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. The driver and front passenger get a sporty racing style seat, while the second row seat is covered with the same black imitation leather material.

Behind the hood, a 1.5 liter naturally assisted gasoline engine performs its function. The driving system is then connected to the CVT transmission of nine accelerations. The power generated from the machine is claimed to be very good.

As additional information, this car has also been sold in Indonesia. PT Chery Sales Indonesia presents this car in two variant options, namely Comfort, which is priced at Rp249.5 million and the highest or Premium touched 279.5 million.
