The Governor Of Kaltara EMPHASIZED That There Is No Honorary Recruitment In The Provincial Government Scope

TANJUNG SELOR - Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Zainal Arifin Paliwang emphasized that the provincial government (Pemprov) of Kaltara will not add or recruit honorary staff.

"This is a directive from the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) which must be obeyed by all regional heads," said the Governor, Wednesday, April 9.

"In addition, we are doing budget efficiency and do not increase the burden on regional costs and again budget adjustments," he continued.

Therefore, all regional apparatus organizations (OPD) will follow the policies and schemes of the central government.

"Until now, we have not received any more honorary staff, according to the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs," said Governor Zainal.

The governor emphasized that every head of the regional apparatus organization (OPD) is obliged to comply with orders to no longer receive honorary staff without any coordination and notification.

"If the head of the OPD is caught secretly recruiting honorary recruits, I will replace this, we have previously reminded the OPD. Want a replacement or whatever, there is no reason," said Zainal.

Zainal explained that his party is currently trying to make employees not permanent (PTT) appointed as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who have worked for a long time in the Kaltara Provincial Government.

"We are trying to appoint this PTT as a Government Employee with a Work Agreement (PPPK)," he said.
