The defendant, a member of the Indonesian Navy (AL) in the shooting case against the car rental boss at the KM45 rest area, Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, Jayanti, Tangerang Regency, Banten, has appealed the results of the verdict handed down by the Jakarta Military Court II-08.
"On Friday (28/3), the defendants through legal counsel (PH) have filed an appeal," said Head of Military Authority II-07 Colonel Kum Riswandono as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, April 8.

Until now, his party is still waiting for the schedule for the appeal hearing to be held at the Jakarta High Military Court.
"If the appeal hearing depends on the Panel of Judges, we are just waiting from the Jakarta High Military Court," said Riswandono.
