Iskandar Widjaja Prepares Repertoire With European And Indonesian Elements In Next Resultal

JAKARTA - International Violinist from Indonesia, Iskandar Widjaja is preparing to provide a slick repertoire at a single concert titled The Classical Recitation Plays Classics & Indonesian Facoulites at Usmar Ismail Hall, Jakarta.

He will appear with the famous tennis player Stephanie Onggowinoto on April 19. Iskandar admitted that he could not wait to appear in front of Indonesian music lovers.

"I can't wait to get back to Jakarta, meet my fans, and share closer and personal musical moments. I will arrive in Jakarta on April 14 to prepare for this concert as best I can on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Usmar Ismail Hall Jakarta", said Iskandar Widjaja in a written statement received by VOI, April 8.

This show is a classic European-style resittal that is intimate. The violin will combine the world's classic masterpieces with traditional Indonesian melodies.
