Will Smith Handprints Auction, Raising Aid To 30 Countries During Ramadan
JAKARTA - Actor Will Smith is auctioning off his handprints for the 100 Million Meals campaign, a charity event in Dubai held on Saturday, April 24.
This charity event helps raise funds for the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiative, a campaign aimed at providing 100 million meals to needy people in 30 countries during Ramadan.
Smith's handprints are among the works of art offered among the works of other artists and celebrities.
Launching National News, Tuesday, several works of art are known from Salvador Dali, Joan Miro, Nelson Mandela, David Hockney, and others.
Likewise with the 100 Million Meals campaign which Akon, Sonam Kapoor, and Steve Harvey participated in.
This is not Will Smith's first relationship with Dubai. Previously, he and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, were seen visiting Dubai several times.
The art auction was held from April 20 to April 30 at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira.
