Contraflow Jagorawi Toll Road Due To Puncak Stopped

JAKARTA - Traffic engineering contraflow on the Jagorawi Toll Road starting from KM 44 + 500 to KM 46 + 500 towards Puncak is stopped.

"Setelah diberlakukan sejak pukul 06.20 WIB imbas peningkatan volume lalu lintas wisata dan silaturahmi yang terjadi di Ruas Tol Jagorawi arah Puncak pada H+3 Lebaran 2025/1446H atau 4 April 2025, atas diskresi Kepolisian, ktraflow mulai dari KM 44+500 sampai KM 46+500 Ruas Tol Jagorawi arah Puncak dihenti pada pukul 11.50 WIB. Lalu lintas merangur kembali normal," ujar Senior Manager Representative Office 1 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Alvin Andituhat Singarimbun dilansir ANTARA, Jumat, 4 April.

In anticipation of density, currently access to outside Gadog/Puncak is closed due to the enactment of one-way traffic in the Puncak arterial towards Jakarta by the Police.

Alvin appealed to road users who want to go to the top area through the Jagorawi Toll Road to anticipate routes and travel times to avoid congestion due to vehicle queues.

For information, Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division (JMT) recorded an increase in traffic volume on the Jabodetabek toll road section on D+1 Lebaran or Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

For Jabotabek traffic, it was recorded that there was still a significant increase in the volume of transaction traffic towards Puncak through the Ciawi 1 Toll Gate (GT). There were 46,338 vehicles recorded, an increase of 35.63 percent compared to the normal traffic volume of transactions, namely 31,215 vehicles.

Meanwhile, the volume of traffic returning to Jabodetabek from the direction of Cikampek and Puncak distributed through the Halim Toll Gate (GT), Cikunir 6 GT and Ciawi 2 totaled 118,504 vehicles, an increase of 28.61 percent compared to the normal transaction traffic volume of 92,145 transaction vehicles.

Monitoring the volume of transaction traffic at GT Halim towards Jakarta is 58,273 vehicles, an increase of 5.40 percent for normal transaction traffic of 55,285 vehicles.

The volume of transaction traffic at GT Cikunir 6 towards Jakarta via the MBZ Toll Road is 16,003 vehicles, an increase of 186.07 percent from the volume of normal transaction traffic of 5,590 vehicles.

Then the volume of transaction traffic at GT Ciawi 2 towards Jakarta was recorded at 44,228 vehicles, an increase of 41.44 percent from the normal transaction traffic volume of 31,270 vehicles.
