Jakarta City Air Quality D+2 Lebaran At Moderate Level,
JAKARTA - The air quality of the City of Jakarta is recorded as being in the moderate category today or D+2 Lebaran 2025. Sensitive groups are advised to reduce outdoor activity.
The IQAir page was updated at 05.00 WIB, Thursday, April 3, noting,
Jakarta's air quality is at 69 points with a concentration rate of PM 2.5 pollutants of 19 micrograms per cubic meter or 3.8 times higher the annual air quality guide value of the World Health Organization (WHO).
PM 2.5 is a smaller 2.5 micron (micrometer) particle found in the air including dust, smoke and sobs.
This particle exposure in the long term is associated with premature death, especially in people who have chronic heart or lung disease.
Health recommendations given the current air quality, namely avoiding outdoor activities for sensitive groups, wearing masks when outside for sensitive groups, closing windows in order to avoid dirty outside air, and sensitive groups should turn on air cleaners.
