Bank DKI Implements Limited Operating Hours During Eid Holidays

JAKARTA - Bank DKI is implementing limited operational services during joint leave and national holidays in accordance with government regulations.

This is to provide convenience and smoothness for customers in conducting banking transactions.

The implementation of limited operational services starts from March 31, 2025, April 1-5, 2025, and April 7, 2025 at the specified branch office locations along with their operational hours.

"The limited services that can be carried out include opening accounts, cash withdrawals/deposits, transfers between Bank DKI accounts, and handling customer complaints," said the official statement from Bank DKI management in a press release received by VOI, Wednesday, April 2.

Bank DKI has also prepared ATM services that remain operational during the national holiday and joint leave period for Eid al-Fitr.

The Bank DKI ATM network remains operational and can be used for various transactions, including cash withdrawals.

For information, Bank DKI has a total of 750 ATM units operating and spread across various points in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings, including in sub-district and district offices, shopping centers, stations, terminals, and other public locations.

In addition, along with the expansion of the office service network in several other large cities, Bank DKI also has an ATM network in Bandung, Semarang Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung.

Regarding system maintenance, Bank DKI said that the system maintenance was carried out with the aim of increasing the reliability and strengthening the security of the system.

Bank DKI is currently working to immediately complete the system maintenance process.
