The Deputy Minister Of Home Affairs Reminded Civil Servants Not To Be Late On The First Day Of Work After The Eid Holiday

JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri) Bima Arya Sugiarto reminded civil servants (PNS) not to be late on the first day of office after the Eid holiday on April 8. They must be present for halal bihalal and continue with work as usual.

"Wow, you can't relax. That's the first day of work, the tradition is halal-bihalal, everything. Well, it has to be on time," Bima told reporters after halal bihalal at the house of MPR Chairman Ahmad Muzani, Wednesday, April 2.

Halal bihalal, continued Bima, must be followed by all civil servants without exception in his office. "It's in addition to friendship also to ensure that everyone is ready to work on the first day," said the politician from the National Mandate Party (PAN).

"On the 8th, all regional heads, ministry offices, the first day is halal-bihalal. So don't be late," continued Bima.

The national holiday to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri falls from Monday, March 31 to Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

Meanwhile, collective leave falls on April 2, 3, 4, and 7, 2025.

Then on the 5th and 6th there is a weekend break. Then collective leave will continue on Monday, April 7, 2025, which is the end of a series of holidays and leave with Lebaran 2025.
