Chairman Of The DEN: Democracy Don't Damage Polite Culture

SOLO - Chairman of the National Economic Council (DEN), Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, said that democratic freedom should not damage the culture of national manners.

"I entrust one thing, after Ramadan, let's keep it polite and friendly for Indonesia," he said after visiting the residence of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in Solo, Central Java, Monday, March 31.

Including when criticizing Jokowi, he continued, not to issue criticism without clear data.

"Don't be prejudiced, I am a witness who lived as Pak Jokowi's assistant for ten years," he said.

As a living witness, Luhut did not see any violations of the constitution committed by Joko Widodo when he was still President.

In addition, he hopes that the community will give the government the opportunity to work for the welfare of the community.

"I have to say it's a bit loud, because I think there are too many corridors out. Observers without data clearly make the government cloudy. We give Pak Prabowo the opportunity to lead," he said.

Therefore, Luhut asked the public to work together to provide support to the current government.

"In the past, I used to eat Free Nutrition (MBG) which criticized here and there, it was already working. We have to be united, President Prabowo listens to the public," he said.
