When Prabowo Learns Velocity Movement With Journalists During Open House
JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto seemed to study one of the trends of movements that went viral on social media known as "velocity" with reporters at the Presidential Palace during an open house at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta.
After greeting thousands of people from the community in the central courtyard of the Jakarta Presidential Palace on Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijriah, Prabowo also entered the Kredential room, Merdeka Palace, where dozens of journalists had been waiting to shake hands and take pictures together.
After taking a photo with the President, one of the journalists from Bisnis Indonesia, Akbar Evandio, invited President Prabowo to follow the trend of "velocity" which was widely practiced by citizens when gathering.
"Sir, come on sir, we are velocity," said Akbar, who was not far from President Prabowo.
Tit for tat, Prabowo also agreed to the journalist's invitation and asked to be taught his movements.
"Yes, you are an example, I will follow it," Prabowo said while following the "velocity" movement. At the end of that moment, President Prabowo seemed to be brandishing metal marks on both fingers.
