QJMotor Expansion In Indonesia, Targets To Build 20 Dealers By The End Of 2025

JAKARTA - A motorcycle manufacturer from China, namely QJMotor, continues to expand in Indonesia. Not only presents new motorbikes at the beginning of the year but also builds a network of dealers.

VP of Branding & Marketing Communication of PT QJMotor Industry Indonesia Budi Kurniawan, said that currently there are eight networks of dealers that have been operating in Indonesia.

"These first eight dealers are already in Jakarta, such as Kebon Jeruk, Kelapa Gading. There are also in Tangerang, Bogor, Bandung, Cirebon, Solo to Yogyakarta," Budi said when met in the Jakarta area some time ago.

Budi said that QJMotor itself has a target for dealer construction of 20 until the end of 2025. He revealed that currently there are many new dealer candidates.

"There have been several candidates, such as in Bali, Semarang. We hope that this April (2025) there will be more dealers operating in full," he added.

Budi assessed that some areas outside Java have quite good prospects. For example, in Sumatra, Kalimantan to Sulawesi are quite good.

"So there is no focus on the island of Java, there is a target there (outside Java)," he explained.

As is known, currently QJMotor has launched a total of four motorbikes. Starting from the Fort 250 sticker, there is also an automatic SRV 250 AMT, SRK 800 RR to the SRV 600 V cruiser.
