The forerunners will start in 2004, when Harlan Boer and Pugar Restu Julian (Uga) released Aku Cinta JAK.ARTA with Cmon Lennon. At that time, Harlan and Uga got to know each other from college.

Only lasted two years, Harlan left and the band quit all of her activities.

Uga continued the start of his music project, thedyingsirens, as a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist. Meanwhile, Harlan had been the manager of Greenhouse Effects, which also produced two initial albums.

Even though they are no longer in C'mon Lennon's activities, the two still meet frequently. In 2012 they worked in the same office, also with other friends, Unggul Kardjono. The three of them worked in a digital agency.

Furthermore, Harlan and Unggul were mentally from his office. They scattered. Until now, Harlan has temporarily stayed in Leiden, the Netherlands. Meanwhile, Unggul is creative in his studio in Cimanggis.

On the other hand, Uga is still working in the advertising office, regularly releasing music, and also teaching.

Turning to December 2022, Harlan returned for a short time to Indonesia. The journey on the plane sparked her writing the song 'Nonton ET on the Plane'. However, the sketch of the song was only stored on his cell phone.

In October 2023, Harlan was given a week off by where she worked in the Netherlands. So, the idea of forming a band with Uga and Unggul, even though it was long distance. Through the Whatsapp group, in a week Harlan, Unggul, and Uga deposited the song.

In 2024, Harlan will return for a short time to Indonesia. Get a vocal recording and a compact photo session of Belia biscuits at Uga's residence. Meanwhile, Uga recorded drums in Jalak studio and guitar at his home. Then, Unggul recorded bass in Cimanggis. In addition, they also recorded background vocals.
