Tugu Insurance Wins 2 Digital Brand Awards

JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk or Tugu Insurance won two awards for the General Insurance Corporate Brand category with Gross Premium Assets 2.5 T and Upper And The 2nd Best Overall Public Insurance 2025.

The two awards were received directly by Edi Yoga Prasetyo as Director of Compliance & Risk Management.

Not only that, but the title of The Best CEO in Digital Brand 2025 was also received by Tatang Nurhidayat as President Director of Tugu Insurance.

According to Edi, the award from the Infobank-Isentia 14th Digital Brand Awards 2025 event will be a motivation for all Tugu Insurance personnel in developing digital innovations to meet the needs of the wider community, both services and insurance products offered by Tugu Insurance.

The methodology used in this research uses eight stages centered on social media channels in assessing corporate brands and product brands.

The eight stages, namely determining categories, branding and keywords, selecting social media channels, sending data from social media, determining sentiment, taking data, calculating indexes, and determining the top three results (top three).

The categorized data is then stored in the I-Social Isentia Dashboard, which is then analyzed using the Isentia algorithm to generate statistics, trends, indexes, and visual reports such as graphs and mappings with different color representations.
