PSSI Has Not Determined A Substitute For Ratu Tisha
JAKARTA - The PSSI Executive Committee (Exco) has denied the circulating statement that PSSI Deputy Secretary General Maaike Ira Puspita will become PSSI Secretary General replacing Ratu Tisha Destria who resigned on Monday, April 13 yesterday.
Launching the official PSSI website, previously, a statement was circulated from the Deputy Chairman of the PSSI, Cucu Somantri, who said that Maaike Ira Puspita would be promoted to the position of Secretary General of PSSI.
"Until now, we have not thought about who will replace Tisha as Secretary General of PSSI. All will go through a further process, ”said PSSI Executive Committee (Exco) member Yunus Nusi.
According to the Chairman of the PSSI Football Committee, until yesterday the Chairman of PSSI and Exco had not received Ratu Tisha's resignation letter.
"Regarding the resignation of the Secretary General, we are still waiting for the direction of the PSSI General Chair, both to hold an Exco meeting, including determining a replacement for the Secretary General. Until now, we have not officially decided who is the acting or temporary official for the PSSI Secretary General, ”added Yunus, who is also the Chairman of the East Kalimantan PSSI Provincial Association.
Meanwhile, another member of Exco PSSI, Haruna Soemitro, added that the process of replacing the Secretary General must have the knowledge and approval of the General Chairperson and Exco PSSI.
"Please tell me who is from this village, if the Secretary General resigns, does the Deputy Secretary General have to replace him?" said Haruna.
Ratu Tisha has resigned from the position of Secretary General of PSSI, holding this position since 2017.
The first female secretary general of PSSI in history announced her resignation through a voice recording uploaded on the Instagram page @ Ratu.tisha.
In the upload, he admitted that he was grateful to have worked at PSSI and had the opportunity to serve the members, players, coaches, referees, match commissioners, instructors and football fans since taking office in July three years ago.
