A Total Of 2,000 Electric Cars Of Chery J6 Were Handed Over To Consumers

JAKARTA - PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) handed over 2,000 units of Chary J6's new off-road electric car to consumers. The handover of the vehicle was marked by the symbolic handover of the Chery J6 key to consumer representatives in a ceremony entitledWith Chery With Love (WCWL) in Jakarta on Saturday (22/3).

"The timing of sending units to consumers is a form of our seriousness to maintain the trust of the Chery Family," said Head of the Brand Division of PT CSI Rifkie Setiawan as quoted in a company press release quoted by ANTARA on Sunday.

Previously, the company promised the delivery of Chery J6 orders to be carried out from February to March 2025.

Rifkie argued that the handover of Chery J6 was designed to be carried out ahead of Lebaran so that consumers could try driving their new vehicle for vacations with their families.

CheryJ6 debuted at the Gaikindo Auto Week (GJAW) event in November 2024. Electric cars withboxy and futuristic designs equipped with this advanced safety feature are marketed at prices ranging from IDR 500 million.

Purnajual Chery J6 services include a battery guarantee for eight years or 180,000 km, a vehicle guarantee for six years or 160,000 km, a one-year roadside assistance service, as well as a full charging package that includes V2Lchargers, portable chargers, and the installation of ACcharger7.7 kW OCPP.

In addition, Chery provides free service and spare parts to each J6 buyer in the five-year period or until the car reaches a distance of 75,000 km.
