Police Arrest Hundreds Of Youths Due To Orderly Disruption Convoys
SEMARANG - Semarang Police arrested 278 youths who violated traffic regulations and disrupted order by conducting a convoy in the capital city of Central Java on Sunday morning.
Semarang Police Chief Kombes Pol. Syahduddi said the hundreds of youths who were arrested were not only from Semarang City, but also from various regions in Central Java.
He explained that the convoy was colored by road blocking and the lighting of fireworks starting from breaking the fast together at a restaurant in the Limbangan area, Kendal Regency. The group of youths headed to Semarang City through the Mijen area to Jalan Walisongo in Ngaliyan District.

Joint personnel from the Semarang Polrestabes then intercepted and secured hundreds of youths while crossing Jalan Siliwangi to Simpang Hanoman, Semarang City.
Hundreds of youths and their motorbikes were brought to the Semarang Police Headquarters for further data and processing. He said there were 161 youths from Semarang City.
Meanwhile, 117 other people came from outside the city of Semarang, such as Kendal, Semarang, Pati, Kudus, Boyolali, Grobogan, Demak, Temanggung, and Salatiga City.
