Zina's Recommended Prayers And In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Qur'an
YOGYAKARTA - Reading the prayer of adultery is something that is recommended in Islam. This prayer can be practiced after carrying out the taub prayer. As is known, adultery is classified as a heinous and dirty act in Islam. In the surah of Al Isra verse 32, Allah SWT tells you,
Let's talk about it, let's talk about it, let's talk about it.
Meaning: "And don't you approach adultery; actually adultery is a heinous act. And a bad path."
Through the Muslim Minhajul Book which was translated by Fedrian Hasmand, Syaikh Abu Bakr Jabir al-Javairi interpreted adultery as an illegal act that was realized by having sexual relations, either through genitals or rectum by two people who were not married.
A person who has already committed adultery is obliged to pray taubat and pray for adultery. Ahmad Sarwat through his work entitled Fiqih Life Series (3) explains that the implementation of the taub prayer is intended for those who wish to be aware and converted to sin and immorality. From Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq, the Prophet SAW said:
"There is no servant who commits a sin, then he cleans well and prays two rakaats, then asks for forgiveness from Allah SWT, unless surely Allah will forgive him.' Then he reads a verse: 'And (also) people who do heinous acts or abuse themselves... (QS Ali Imran: 135-136)." (HR Abu Dawud, Nasa'i, Baihaqi & Tirmidzi)
