YouTube Investigate Low Video Quality Problems On IOS
JAKARTA - Google has confirmed that it is investigating a problem that causes low-quality video playback on the YouTube app on iOS devices. These include iPhone and iPad and several countries.
A large number of users reported that videos were only contained in 144p resolution despite having a strong internet connection. This causes a bad viewing experience.
In uploads on its community aid forum, Google recognizes that this issue is being reviewed and may also affect usage on desktop and Smart TV, although reports related to the two platforms are less than iOS.
