Sri Mulyani Affirms Not Resigning From The Position Of Minister Of Finance
Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati emphasized that she remains focused on carrying out the state duties mandated by President Prabowo Subianto, as Minister of Finance in managing the state budget and state finances professionally.
"Saya juga menegaskan banyak yang berumor mengenai posisi saya. Sampai sekarang saya tetap fokus menjalankan tugas negara, kepercayaan presiden untuk mengelola APBN dan keuangan negara secara profesional. Ini untuk menegaskan terhadap berbagai rumor mengenai posisi Menteri Keuangan," ujarnya dalam konferensi pers, Selasa, 18 Maret.
"I emphasize that I am here, standing and not resigning. I emphasize that I manage the state budget and together with the financial ministry team continue to maintain state finances," he said.
Sri Mulyani also conveyed her commitment to continue to maintain state finances as a very important instrument in achieving the development goals that have been conveyed by President Prabowo.
"We are here, we are responsible, we continue to maintain state finances as an instrument that is truly extraordinary, important for achieving the goals of development that have been conveyed by President Prabowo and also in maintaining public trust," he said.
