Attorney Calls Mat Solar Land Dispute Starting From Administrative Error
JAKARTA - Mat Solar's attorney, Khairul Iman, explained the case of a land dispute belonging to the late Mat Solar which allegedly cost him up to Rp3.3 billion.
Khairul explained that this started with the sale and purchase of land between Haji Idris and Haji Rusli, which then sold the land again to Mat Solar. Unfortunately, when it was sold to Haji Rusli, the transfer process from Haji Idris had not been carried out.
"So this is the story if from the start I understood that Haji Idris had sold it to Mr. Hajj Rusli. Well, Mr. Rusli sold it to the late (Mat Solar)," said Khairul Iman in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang, Tuesday, March 18.
"Because the letter had never been renamed, from Mr. Haji Idris to Mr. Haji Rusli, it was finally carried out between Hajj Idris and the deceased so that the transaction would not be carried out back and forth. That's a receipt and there Rusli is also a witness," he continued.
Khairul assessed that this dispute was complicated due to administrative errors made by the PUPR.
"Where is this actually an administrative error made by PUPR or PPK at the BPN roof itself because before this trial was mediated by the District Court, there was also BPN and was attended by Mr Muhammad Idris," explained Khairul Iman.

Finally, this dispute must be continued to the Tangerang District Court stage to seek clarity regarding the owner of the land.
"Mr Muhammad Idris has also clearly said that the land has all been sold to Mr. Nasrullah and all the documents have been submitted," said Khairul Iman.
"But because there was an administrative error that had to be taken, it was a lawsuit at the Tangerang District Court. This is what we regret, he (Mat Solar) waited for his rights until he finally died," he said.
