Visit DPRD, Honorary In Kaltara Rejects TMT CPPPK And CPNS Simultaneously
TANJUNG SELOR - Dozens of honorariums who are members of the Continent Alliance visited the North Kalimantan Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) building (Kaltara).
This is because the honorary candidates who are declared to have passed the selection of prospective government employees with a work agreement (CPPK) and prospective civil servants (CPNS) in 2024 reject the decision of the relevant central government starting from the date (TMT) of CPPPK and CPNS to be carried out simultaneously.
The chairman of the Continent Alliance, Zulkarnaen Lubis, revealed that this action was carried out after the Kemenpan-RB issued a circular on March 7, 2025 after a hearing (RDP) with Commission II of the DPR with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN), some time ago.
"We object to the SE which states that the appointment of CPNS and CPPPK was postponed to October 2025 and March 2026. This decision has no urgency with simultaneous appointments," said Zulkarnaen, Monday, March 17.
"We ask the Kemenpan-RB and BKN to actually encourage the process of appointing CPNS and CPPPK in their respective regions. Our rejection here is in accordance with the mandate of regencies/cities and provinces that reject TMT simultaneously in March 2026," he continued.
Chairman of the North Kalimantan DPRD, Achmad Djufrie, said that his party had received this complaint several times.
"This is not the first time this alliance has also expressed its aspirations. This problem is not only in Kaltara, but throughout Indonesia," he explained.
Meanwhile, Assistant for General Administration of the Provincial Secretariat (Setprov) Kaltara Karjanyahart Sijabat emphasized that his party would provide balanced information so that honorary partners could understand the real situation.
"The government will not trouble friends who have served for a long time. We have also found a way to solve this aspiration," said Polymart.
The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) has released an induct number for prospective state civil servants (CASN) consisting of CPSN and CPPPK.
"We will continue to monitor it according to our duties, in principle the North Kalimantan Provincial Government, in this case what has become an obligation, will continue to be carried out.
"The point is, if it is part of our responsibility, we will finish it. However, the regions must also be wise in responding to it, if the center says it is completed, then it will be resolved," he said.
