KKEP Session Decision: Former Ngada Police Chief Fired

JAKARTA - The Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial with alleged violators AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja has been completed. As a result, the former Ngada Police Chief was found guilty and sentenced to dishonorable dismissal or dismissal (PTDH).

"The commission's decision is declared suspected or violators are currently guilty and then with the PTDH decision," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, to reporters, Monday, March 17.

The dismissal decision was due to the action of AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja in a case of alleged sexual harassment of children deemed a serious violation.

In addition, the decision was also subject to administrative sanctions in the form of special proper placement (pathsus) in the Patsus room of the Provos Bureau of the Provincial Division of the National Police for seven days from 7 to 13 March 2025.

However, the former Ngada Police Chief did not immediately accept the decision. This is because AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja filed an appeal.

"On the decision, the violation declared an appeal," said Trunoyudo.

AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman was declared to have molested four women. Based on the results of the examination, three of them were minors.

Untuk tiga anak yang dicabuli AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman masih berusia 6, 13 dan 16 tahun. Sedangkan untuk satu lainnya disebut telah berusia 20 tahun berinisial EHDR.
