PBSI Evaluation Of All England Results 2025: Not In Accordance With Expectations
JAKARTA The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) said that the results of Indonesia's representatives at All England 2025 which had just been completed at the weekend were not disappointing at all.
The Head of PBSI's Development and Achievement Division, Eng Hian, admitted that the results at the event were not actually as expected. However, the journey of the Indonesian representative while there was not easy because many of the top players.
"The struggle and of course the progress process of our athletes is not disappointing. We should give appreciation for all the results achieved and their hard work, the opponent is also not easy to beat them," he said.
Indonesia has sent a total of 11 representatives to All England in 2025. However, only the men's doubles Leo Rolly Carnando/Bagas Maulana managed to reach the final round of the tournament.

Indonesia actually came with the status of defending champion in men's singles Jonatan Christie and men's doubles Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto. However, both of them fell in the second half.
After leaving All England 2025, several Indonesian representatives continued their journey to the Swiss Open 2025. Indonesia has sent a total of seven singles/pairs there, but without representatives from the men's singles.
The Swiss Open, which is a series of BWF World Tour Super 300 tournaments, will take place at St. Jakobshalle, Basel, Switzerland, on March 18-23, 2025, with a total prize of 250 thousand US dollars.
