IPhone 16e Users Complain About Audio Problems When Bluetooth Is Active
JAKARTA iPhone 16e, a replacement model for the SE series, has been received by early users. Although it has not been distributed for a month, this iPhone is already problematic, even disturbing the user experience.
According to reports from a number of users in the Apple, X, and Reddit Support Community, citing MacRumors reports, problems occur in audio played via Bluetooth. Most users experience this problem while using wireless headphones.
The audio initially rolled well when Bluetooth was installed. However, after listening for some time, the audio suddenly disconnected. This problem is confirmed to only appear on the iPhone 16e as other phone models do not appear to have similar problems.
"I just updated to 16e of any 13 minis and Bluetooth devices continue to experience disruptions. The sound stops for a while and then returns to activity," said a user on the community web. Other complaints also shed light on the stagnant audio.
Most likely, this problem arises from the device. The reason is, one user has complained about this problem and returned the device to Apple. The staff at the Apple Store also changed the device without asking any questions.

Surprisingly, the device being replaced also has the same problem. Until now, Apple has not provided a statement regarding this issue. However, it is certain that the problem does not come from bugs that can be easily addressed.
The iPhone 16e has obtained a distribution permit, including other iPhone 16 devices in Indonesia. Apple has obtained regulation and distribution permit certification from the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin). However, this device has not been sold freely.
Therefore, there have been no complaints about the performance of the iPhone 16e in the country. If complaints about Bluetooth audio keep popping up from iPhone 16e users in various parts of the world, you need to be careful before buying the device.
