Exercise In The Month Of Ramadan Makes Michelle Ziudith's Body More Budget
JAKARTA - Actress Michelle Ziudith admitted that she took the time to exercise while fasting during Ramadan this year.
"Olahraga kalau misalnya tidak beraktivitas. Aku sempet-sempatinanya olahraganya itu sore mulai dari jam 3 sampai berbuka. Jadi sempat setempat 30 menit bukan-bersih, mandi, langsung berbuka puasa," kata Michelle saat ditemui di Jakarta, seperti dikutip ANTARA.
Michelle explained that the type of sport she chose during Ramadan was weight training in the gym and pilates.
"Usually if you dig, lift the burden an hour and a half. For example, the piles are only 40 minutes. At least once a week, a maximum of 2 times. Don't want to be too muscular later," he said.

According to Michelle, the main reason she regularly exercises, especially with weight training, is to maintain bone density. He emphasized that as you get older, maintaining health is a top priority.
"Because we are getting older, we already have to concentrate on health, we don't think about 'oh, let's have a sixpack to be thin' or not. Already more rich, the summary is definitely for bone density. Then for flexibility, so it's not easy to sprain, it's not easy to get wind," he said.
During fasting, especially when you have to undergo a busy filming schedule, Michelle prefers to eat the food she really wants to provide satisfaction for herself. Even so, he still pays attention to the portion of eating to stay balanced.
"Actually, there is no special food. Because I shoot tired, so I have to make myself happy with foods that I really want to eat. So I don't think about it. Just be careful sometimes, if for example, there are so many dinners, it means that the sahur is not too much or rich less sweet when breaking the fast," he said.
