Joint Prayers For The Safety Of KRI Nanggala-402 From Soldiers And Civil Servants

JAKARTA - TNI soldiers and civil servants in the area of Kodim 1707 / Merauke with their families pray together for the safety of KRI Nanggala-402, which has lost contact in Bali waters since April 21, 2021.

Commander of Kodim 1707 / Merauke Lt. Col. Czi Muh Rois Edy Susilo explained the prayer with the extended family of TNI and PNS personnel from Kodim 1707 / Merauke led by Imam of the 1707 / Merauke Kodim Mosque, Sertu Ramlin.

"The joint prayer activity is aimed at the KRI Nanggala-402 together with the crew who lost contact in Bali waters when they were about to carry out training for the C802 missile and the Terpedo. We pray that the entire crew will be safe," said Dandim Lt. Col. Muh. .

Merauke Commander Lt. Col. Muh. Rois explained that the implementation of the prayer together had been divided and arranged in such a way so that the activities took place in an orderly manner.

For those who are Muslims, according to the Dandim, the implementation of collective prayers is carried out at the Kodim Mosque and for those who are non-Muslims, prayers are carried out at their respective places of worship.

Also attending the joint prayer activities were Kasdim 1707 / Merauke Major Inf Abdul Hadi, Danramil 1707-05 / Merauke Major Arm Budi Saputra and staff officers in the ranks of Kodim 1707 / Merauke.
