Minister Of Education And Technology: Tukin, ASN Lecturer Targeted To Be Distributed July-August
JAKARTA - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Mendiktisaintek) Brian Yuliarto targets that the performance allowance (tukin) lecturer of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) can be distributed in July-August.
"Yes, we are targeting July-August," said the Minister of Education and Technology briefly to reporters when met at the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Technology office, quoted by ANTARA Tuesday, March 11.
Brian said the total amount of tukin budgeted for until now has not changed, with a nominal value of IDR 2.5 trillion, as budgeted by the Ministry of Finance.
"The game is still there, (Rp 2.5 trillion), but later if there is progress I will say," he explained.
Previously, Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati said the government was finalizing Presidential Regulation (Perpres), as an effort to ensure the provision of performance allowances (tukin) for lecturers at State Universities (PTN) who had not received it.
"Currently, we are processing the calculation and data collection and the Presidential Regulation is also in the process of being finalized," said Sri Mulyani, in the middle of last month.
The Minister of Finance explained that lecturers who have not and will soon receive Tukin include the category of lecturers at the PTN Public Service Agency (BLU) who have not implemented a remuneration system with PTN work unit (satker) lecturers within the Ministry of Education and Technology.

In addition, a lecturer on Civil Servants (PNS) for Higher Education Services Institutions (LLDikti) who currently has received professional allowances but has not received Tukin.
"Decisions regarding Tukin from PTN satker lecturers within the Ministry of Education and Technology, then PTN BLU lecturers who have not implemented remuneration, and LLDIKTI civil servant lecturers and other K/L lecturers, regarding Tukin are in the process of finalizing the Presidential Decree which will be completed in the near future," said Sri Mulyani.
