KPK Cecar Deputy Director Of Pertamina Wiko Migantoro And 2 Witnesses Regarding The Establishment Of Oil And Gas Holdings
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to investigate allegations of corruption in the sale and purchase of gas between PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) or PGN and PT Isargas/PT Inti Alasindo Energi (IAE) in 2017 2021. They are currently exploring the issue of the establishment of oil and gas holding and its connection in the purchasing process that led to a corruption case.
This investigation was called by KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika by examining three witnesses on Monday, March 10. Those examined were Wiko Migantoro as Deputy Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) who used to serve as President Director of PT Pertagas; Yenni Andayani who is the Director of Gas of PT Pertamina for the 2014-2017 period; and Director of PT PGN.
"Witnesses present by investigators are investigating the establishment of an oil and gas holding and it is related to the agreement to buy and sell gas," Tessa told reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, March 11.
