The National Police Disbursed The Fraud Mode Of Our Oil Distribution, Unlicensed Above The HET

The National Police revealed the modus operandi used by the perpetrators in the alleged violation of MiyaKita's cooking oil distribution. Three modes of fraud were found.

"There are three models or modus operandi that have been found, the team will expose them later," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Shandi Nugroho to reporters, Monday, March 10.

The first mode is reducing the dose. In the cases found, the reduced value reaches 200 to 300 milliliters in each one liter packaging.

Youngth, there are also sales of cooking oil that do not match the Highest Retail Price (HET) that has been determined. Finally, the mode of sale without a permit.

"(The mode) reduces the value, then he is no longer licensed but continues to operate, there are also those who sell at prices that do not comply with the provisions," said Shandi.

Meanwhile, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo also revealed the mode used in the alleged violation of MiyaKita's cooking oil distribution. The perpetrator is said to have used a fake label.

"Then there are also those who use oilita labels that are actually fake," said Sigit.

Previously reported, the National Police's Food Task Force investigated allegations of violations related to Minya Kita packaged cooking oil which were found not in accordance with the measurement stated in the packaging label.

The finding of discrepancies in product content when conducting an inspection at Lenteng Agung Market, South Jakarta.

"A measurement was made of three MinyaKita brands produced by three different manufacturers, and it was found that the size did not match the one listed in the packaging label. The results of the temporary measurement, in the label, were listed as 1 liter, but it turned out to contain only 700 900 milliliters," said Head of the National Police Food Task Force Brigadier General Helfi Assegaf.

Brigadier General Helfi revealed that there were three companies whose products were found not according to the dose, namely PT Artha Eka Global Asia (Depok, West Java), the MSME Manufacturer Cooperative of the Archipelago Integrated Group (Kudus, Central Java), PT Tunas Agro Indolestari (Tangerang, Banten).

Then the samples tested included an investigation, namely Oilya Kita bottled 1 liter bottle from PT Artha Eka Global Asia and the MSME Manufacturer Cooperative of the Archipelago Integrated Group, MinyaKita, a 2 liter voucher from PT Tunas Agro Indolestari.

"On these findings, the National Police's Food Task Force confiscated evidence and conducted further investigations and investigations," said Brigadier General Helfi.
