Floods in Bekasi City with a height of 3-4 meters resulted in 61,000 families affected from seven sub-districts starting from East Bekasi District, North Bekasi, South Bekasi, Medan Satria, Jatiasih, Pondok Gede, and Rawalumbu. In addition, the flood also submerged six sub-districts in Bekasi Regency, West Java starting from Cibarusah, Serang Baru, Setu, North Cikarang, Cibitung, and North Tambun with thousands of people affected.
