Chronology Of The Discovery Of The Bodies Of Mothers And Children In Toren Air House In Tambora, West Jakarta

West Jakarta Metro Police revealed the chronology of the discovery of the body of a mother with the initials TSL (59) and her son with the initials ES (35) who were found floating in a toren or water tank in their house on Jalan Angke Barat RT 5/2 Angke, Tambora, West Jakarta.

Deputy Head of the West Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Wakasat Reskrim) AKP Dimitri Mahendra explained that the discovery of the two bodies began with a report from the victim's child named R to the Tambora Police. R reported that his mother and brother could not be contacted since Saturday, March 1.

"Initially reports from the public regarding the loss, in which the reporting witness as the victim's son, Brother R, reported that the victim had been missing since Saturday, March 1," Dimitri told reporters in Jakarta, Monday, March 10.

After receiving the report, the police conducted a search until Thursday night, March 6, the bodies of TSL and ES were found rotting in a toren of water in their homes.

"On March 6, 2025, at 23.40 WIB to be precise, approaching the 7th, the deceased was found dead," Dimitri said.

Furthermore, AKP Dimitri confirmed that the police had pocketed the identity of the perpetrators of the murder against TSL and ES. However, the identity of the perpetrator has not been revealed because it is still in the process of being chased.

"The Jatantras Team, Resmob, and the Tambora Police Criminal Investigation Unit, West Jakarta are being pursued. Later the leadership will convey more details when they have been revealed," he said.

This case is still in the process of further investigation by the police to reveal the motive and perpetrator of the shocking murder incident.
