Herjunot Ali's Confession, Who Is Now More Active In DJ Than Playing In A Movie

JAKARTA - Herjunot Ali, who is known to the public as a big screen actor, now looks more active on the music stage.

The man who was once a finalist at VJ MTV Hunt often milled about in nightclubs and the music stage as a dipjoki (DJ).

Junot once he was called admitted that he had been a DJ for a long time, and would still continue for years to come.

"People know that I've been DJing since 2024, when actually I've been DJ since 2008," Junot told the media crew in Tendean, South Jakarta recently.

"So, if I hope until the age of 50, I'm still DJ," added Junot.

Regarding his job as an actor and DJ, Junot admitted that offers to perform more often came than to act.

"Because it's not just a movie. Anyway, now I'm just doing DJ. What's there is to do," he said.

Regarding the income earned, Junot said that his job as a DJ was actually more profitable than being paid for playing movies.

But for him, there is no such significant difference, considering that both of them are in the entertainment world.

"There is no difference. If people want to come to enjoy the music that I play, thank God, thank God. Only if for example they come to see other DJs, it doesn't matter either. Please," said the 39-year-old DJ.

Asked further about his income as a DJ, Junot did not provide a detailed answer. He also refused to be referred to as a 'DJ artist' for the most expensive fee.

"Oh no, there is still sky above the sky," he concluded.
