Groups Of People Who Have The Right To Receive Heritage Assets, Men's And Women's Parties
YOGYAKARTA - The division of inheritance in Islam has been specifically regulated in the Qur'an. Heritage is a transfer of ownership rights from someone who has died to the heirs.
This transfer must be made by fulfilling the requirements and legal pillars of the inheritance. So who are the people entitled to receive inheritance assets?
This heritage can be in the form of assets (such as money and land) or other legitimate rights that are owned according to religious provisions. Guidelines or legal grounds regarding the distribution of inheritance assets have been contained in the Qur'an surah An-Nisa' verse 11 which reads:
According to the Complete and Practical Book of Women's Fiqh by Abdul Syukur Al-Azizi, inheritance languages come from the word al-mirats, which is a mashdar form of the word waritsa-yaritsu-irtsan-miratan. This term means the transfer of something from one individual to another or from one group to another. You can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't help it, you can't.
Meaning: "God made an obligation (obligatory) to you about (the division of inheritance for) children, (that is) the part of a boy is the same as the part of two girls. If all of the children are more than two, their share is two-thirds of the wealth left behind. If she (the girl) is alone, she gets half (the property left behind)."
"For both parents, a sixth of each of the assets left behind, if he (who died) had children. If he (who died) did not have children and he was inherited by his parents (only), his mother got a third. If he (who died) had several siblings, his mother got a sixth. (The inheritance was divided) after (fulfilling) the will he made or (and paid) his debt. (About) my parents and my children, you don't know who among them has more benefits for you. This is God's decree. Indeed, Allah is the Most Wise Knower."
The heirs are divided into two groups, namely men and women, with different divisions. Referring to the previous source and Moh Muhibbin and Abdul Wahid's books of Islamic Heir, the following explanations.
