The Ministry Of ATR/BPN Invites The Ministry Of Finance To Order The Use Of SHGU Not In Accordance With Provisions
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) will cooperate with the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) to regulate the use of Business Use Certificates (SHGU) that do not comply with the provisions.
"I have sampled a number of PTs in Riau and Kalimantan. So, people have 8,000 hectares of HGU after checking using satellite technology, it turns out that some have planted more than 1,500 hectares, some are 2,000 hectares," said Nusron in a written statement, Friday, March 7.
Nusron assessed that violations like this need to be brought under control by registering the land and collecting taxes.
Therefore, Nusron appealed to the cooperation between the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Land and Spatial Control (PPTR) and the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance.
"So, I want to regulate the administration of the land so that all other use areas (APL) have the right to land. From the Directorate General of Taxes, you can see more (planting areas outside the HGU) how much benchmarking pays taxes," he said.
According to Nusron, the control of the HGU is still in line with the work program designed by the Minister of Nusron on 100 Working Days.
