InJourney Targets Occupancy Of SOE Hotels To Increase By 20 Percent On The 2025 Eid Holiday

JAKARTA - The handling of state-owned aviation and tourism, PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney, has reduced hotel occupancy managed by its subsidiary, InJourney Hospitality (Hotel Indonesia Natour) to an increase of 20 percent during the Eid holiday period. 2025.

President Director of InJourney, Maya Watono predicts Denpasar, Bali will be one of the locations where visitors will experience a surge.

Maya said the highest occupancy was estimated at Destructing Nusa Dua, Truntum Kuta, Inna Sindhu Beach, The Manohara Yogyakarta and Typical Tugu Malioboro.

The Nusa Dua area is estimated to have the highest occupancy of up to 82 percent by 2025 with 43,000 visits.

"The period of Ramadan and the Eid holiday is a momentum for us in the aviation and tourism sector," said Maya.

Maya said tourism destinations are also expected to experience a surge in visitors.

In the Eid 2025 period, Prambanan Temple is projected to target as many as 94,000 visitors, or an increase of up to 34.83 percent from 2024.

Meanwhile, visitors to Borobudur Temple are estimated to reach 76,000 people, or an increase of 31.61 percent compared to 2024.

Meanwhile, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) is expected to be visited by 186,000 tourists, or an increase of 14 percent compared to 2024.

In addition, continued Maya, the increase in tourist visits is also expected to occur in The Mandalika in March 2025 at 50,175, or an increase of 5 percent during the one month period compared to last year in the same period.

"With a long holiday period, we encourage the public to continue to travel in Indonesia so that we can get more traffic from domestic movements which in turn provide multiplier effects to the community," said Maya.

Maya said, in Ramadan 2025, tourist destinations under the InJourney Group held a number of interesting events or events.
