13 Years Together, Baekho Ends Contract With PLEDIS Entertainment
JAKARTA - Baekho, ex-NUEST, officially ended his exclusive contract with PLEDIS Entertainment. This news was announced by the agency along with the last single with his agency.
The exclusive contract with Baekho will officially end on March 14. Through in-depth discussions on the direction of his career, Baekho and PLEDIS Entertainment agreed to terminate the contract," PLEDIS Entertainment said on Thursday, March 6.
"Since his debut as a member of NU EST in 2012, Baekho has built his career as a singer-author while developing himself to musicals, variety, and other divisions," he said.
The agency also announced that a digital single would be released on March 14 at the same time as Baekho's contract date ended.
Baekho will release a single on March 14, marking the completion of his official contract as an artist under PLEDIS Entertainment, "he said.

Baekho debuted as a member of NU'EST in 2012. His career as a group felt slow until he got attention in 2017 when he was a contestant at Produce 101 despite not qualifying for his debut group. Three years later, it was revealed that Baekho was a victim of support manipulation for the group.
Baekho successfully started his solo career after completing a career with his group. He released various singles and one mini album.
