Robert Pattinson Can't Wait To Film The Batman 2: Will Old After The Sequel

JAKARTA - Robert Pattinson revealed the development of The Batman 2 on the sidelines of promoting his latest film. He became the main character in Matt Reeves' version of the film Batman which will air in 2022.

Sekuelnya dikabarkan sedang dikerjakan untuk ditayangkan di bioskop pada tahun 2027. Ketika ditanya hal tersebut, Pattinson berharap produksinya segera dimulai.

"I really hope so," he said while talking to Naomi Ackie, reported Hero Magazine.

"I started as a young Batman and I will be the old Batman after the sequel. I'm 38 years old, I'm old," he said.

Furthermore, Pattinson emphasized that he has a healthy body condition but he feels that the longer he stays for his role.

"I'm aging but I'm healthier. I think I'm bringing my biological age down a bit," continued Suki Waterhouse's fianc.

When asked when production began, Robert Pattinson said The Batman 2 will start filming later this year.

"I know I can't tell everyone, but it's really cool. It's amazing," said Robert Pattinson.

Previously, DC Studios' Peter Safran said Matt Reeves had not finished the sequel to the film, but he had read part of it and the story was very good. Then, James Gunn said The Batman 2 will air on October 1, 2027, a year later than the initial schedule.

To be honest, the 5-year distance is common for a sequel. The 7-year-old between Aliens and Aliens, 14 between Incredibles, 7 years old between the first two filmos, 13 years old between Avatars, 36 years between Top Guns and of course, 6 years between Guardians Vol. 2 and Vol. 3, "wrote James Gunn on Threads.

"Matt (Reeves) is committed to making the best films as much as possible and no one can guess how long the script will take to make. When the script is complete, there are two years for pre-production, filming, and post-production for big films," Gunn explained.

James Gunn also emphasized that no DC film was produced without an unfinished script. 'It's quite difficult to make a good film with a good script. It seems impossible to make a film with a script that is still written.'
