Orleans Masters 2025: Mixed Doubles Still Perfect

JAKARTA - Indonesian representatives from the mixed doubles sector compactly passed the first round of the Orleans Masters 2025.

The total mixed doubles sent four representatives to the Super 300 BWF level event. Everyone also won in the first round on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, WIB night.

The first ticket was obtained by the couple Jafar Hidayatullah/Felisha Alberta Nathaniel Pasaribu. They escaped after beating Wu Hsuan-Yi/Yang Chu-Yun (China Taipei) with straight games 21-16 and 21-17.

"Praise God, I was able to win today. I am grateful to be able to return to confidence after the results in Germany last week," said Fekha in a statement received.

While at the German Open 2025 last week, the pair managed to travel until the quarter-finals. They then went home after losing to Robin Tableing/Alexandra Boje.

Felisha said that there were usually non-technical factors that affected after yesterday's defeat, but she refused to drag on.

"In the quarter-finals of the German Open 2025, I played very underperforming, it was very difficult to get out of the pressure."

"Saya dan Jafar mau belajar lagi bagaimana cara mengatasi situasi seperti itu," kata dia.

One of the other three tickets was secured by Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah. The pair stopped Alexander Dunn/Julie Macpherson (Scotland) with a score of 21-14 and 21-13.

Then, the next ticket was obtained by Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja. They came from behind against Ki Dong-ju/Jeong Na-eun (South Korea) with a final score of 17-21, 22-20, and 21-14.

Meanwhile, another ticket was pocketed by Adnan Maulana/Indah Cahya Sari Jamil. This double repatriated the Japanese pair, Yuichi Shimogami/Sayaka Hobara, two straight games, 21-18 and 21-16.
