Google Cloud And Salesforce Present Gemini Integration And Agentforce For Business
JAKARTA - Salesforce and Google announced the expansion of cooperation, to provide flexibility for businesses in selecting AI models and capabilities to build their own agency.
Through a partnership that has been built with Google Cloud, this expansion will empower Salesforce customers to build Agentforce agents using Gemini and implement Salesforce in Google Cloud.
Customers are also able to use data in two directions between Google BigQuery and Salesforce through zero copy technology that guarantees very safe and integrated data access.
Thus, customers have the freedom to develop AI solutions that are tailored to their specific needs, instead of being attached to just one model provider.
"Through an expanded partnership with Google Cloud as well as deep integration on platforms, applications, and infrastructure, we provide customers with the freedom to choose the applications and models they want to use," said Srini Talangragada, President & Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer at Salesforce.
Thomas Kurian as CEO of Google Cloud also believes that Google Cloud and Salesforce can help companies accelerate AI transformation with AI agents, advanced AI models, data analytics, and more.
"Salesforce subscriptions as well as Google Cloud want the ability to work more smoothly without any obstacles on both platforms," added Thomas.
