Minister Ara: Prabowo Instructs The Title Of "Red Card" For Small People

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas Maruarar Sirait emphasized that his ministry had carried out instructions from President Prabowo Subianto to hold a "red carpet" for the small people in terms of housing.

This was revealed after attending the Joint Meeting and Taklimat of President Prabowo Subianto to the Red and White Cabinet at the State Palace in Jakarta, Tuesday, March 4.

"Pak Prabowo not only held 'red carpets' for investors, but also instructed them to hold 'red carpets' for low-income small people," said Minister Ara to the media crew.

According to Minister Ara, his ministry has carried out President Prabowo's instructions by providing a number of conveniences for low-income small people for settlement affairs.

"For PBG (formerly IMB) previously paid, now it's free, BPHTB which used to be paid 5 percent is now free, and VAT (buying and selling) houses are below 2 billion free until June," explained Maruarar Sirait.

Minister Ara further explained that a number of components are free for small low-income people.

"What used to take care of PBG (formerly IMB) for 45 days, then I gave a policy of 10 days to be completed. It turned out that in Sumedang, Subang, and Tangerang it could be under an hour," explained Maruarar Sirait.

In fact, according to him, in Badung and Gianyar, PBG management only ranged from 14 to 17 minutes.

"What is even more extraordinary is that I communicated with the West Kalimantan Police Chief, in Pontianak it has been 10 minutes (PBG management)," added Maruarar Sirait.

Menurut Menteri Ara hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Presiden Prabowo benar-benar memberikan 'karpet merah' kepada rakyat kecil dengan kategori penghasilan rendah.

"Please pray that President Prabowo will explain how the government supports housing. I can't talk," concluded Maruarar Sirait.
