Launching The ListriQu Feature, PLN Makes It Easy For Customers To Get Electrical Installation Services
JAKARTA - PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) or PLN launched the ListriQu feature into the New PLN Mobile application. Through this feature, PLN customers can quickly and easily get customer-owned electrical installation services (IML).
PLN Commercial and Customer Management Director Bob Saril said that PLN has the obligation to meet electricity needs and provide the best service for all customers. The beyond-generation power transformation must be enhanced for the customer experience contained in the customer focus pillar.
Furthermore, Bob said the ListriQu feature was the idea of a subsidiary of PT PLN, PT Haleyora Power. According to him, this new feature in PLN mobile is PLN's breakthrough to improve customer experience.
Carrying the Quick and Quality Solution tagline, said Bob, ListriQu provides fast electrical installation services with officers who have electrical competence certification, the material quality that meets SNI (Indonesian National Standard) standards, transparent prices, and guaranteed products.
"Hopefully, Listriqu can answer the needs if customers want to make modifications or changes to electrical installations in homes, buildings, or offices", he said at the launch of the ListriQu feature, Friday, April 23.
With ListrikQu in PLN mobile, said Bob, the process of implementing inspection, repair, maintenance, consultation, as well as construction and supply of electrical installation materials can be carried out properly and served through PLN mobile.
"So, we really ensure that with this mobile PLN we meet even higher standards", he said.
On the same occasion, the General Manager of PLN Jakarta Distribution Main Unit, Doddy B Pangaribuan, said that the joining of the ListriQu service with the PLN mobile application is a digital transformation that will be of great benefit to customers. Because now everything is easier with one click PLN mobile.
"LitsriQu is here as a solution so that customers can complain about all complaints related to installations in customers' buildings", said Doddy.
Doddy said that his party is ready to support the addition of the ListriQu feature to PLN mobile with Jakarta as the pilot project.
"We also continue to disseminate information to the public not to hesitate to download and register PLN mobile so everything will be easier in one hand", he said.
